Congress comprises three key areas:

• The business agenda is only open to RCN members. It includes debates proposed by RCN members, keynote speakers and the Report of Council. Debates allow RCN Council to hear members’ opinions and determine the direction of future work
• The events programme is open to all delegates and provides learning and development opportunities.The RCN believes that in nursing we improve the care we provide by improving our own skills and understanding. The events programme has a wealth of opportunities for personal and professional development that can make a real difference to your practice
• The Congress Exhibition is open to all delegates. The largest nursing exhibition in the UK, it’s your chance to discover the latest health care innovations, career options and education opportunities.
