Eleanor is the first to complete the Care Support Worker (CSW) development programme

EleanorCongratulations to Eleanor Plumb for being the first Care Support Worker to complete the programme at Medway NHS Foundation Trust.

Amanda Epps, Eleanor’s ward manager said: “Eleanor is a fantastic Care Support Worker and will be solely missed by myself and all the team. The Care Support Worker development programme is a great opportunity for the individuals and the Wards.”

Now that Eleanor has completed the programme, she is able to work on different wards around the Trust.
