Once we reach adulthood, our personalities remain relatively stable. However, our levels of resilience can vary considerably. Fortunately, everyone has the ability to build and maintain their levels of resilience. As nurses, you experience tough situations every day that test your ability to recover from difficulties, which is why your resilience is so important and why the i-resilience report will benefit you.
