Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust has been shortlisted in the HSJ Awards workforce category

Nottingham

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust has been shortlisted in the HSJ Awards workforce category for improved training and a new Clinical Quality Framework for Care Homes.

This innovative community initiative to transform service delivery across Nottinghamshire has led to the development of a new Clinical Quality Framework (CQF) and bespoke training for people working in care homes. As a result, frail older care home residents across the area are receiving much better quality, person-centred care.

In concert with a leadership development package, the programme has improved efficiency by promoting better joint working. It is also helping to retain vital frontline staff as Nottinghamshire care home staff feel more valued in their job roles and are better motivated to deliver quality care.

Congratulations on being shortlisted and good luck at the Awards Ceremony.
