National Advisory Group for Cultural Alignment Interim Report October 2014

The National Advisory Group for Cultural Alignment is an RCN led initiative which is made up of representatives from several national organisations along with individuals who have skills and experience in changing culture.

This interim report outlines how we are working with a number of pilot sites to support them in using their organisational development plans to develop their culture. The key output of the group will be the shared learning from each site by identifying the core elements of a successful model for culture change in healthcare. The full report will be published in summer 2015.
