NHS Professionals wins Bronze Award for ‘Most Effective Home Working Programme’ at Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA) Awards


NHS Professionals took home the Bronze award for the ‘Most Effective Home Working Programme’ at the Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA) Awards, on Tuesday 15th May.
This year’s celebrity host was Ashley Banjo of dance group diversity!

Catherine Holmes, Head of Service Centre said: ‘I’m extremely pleased our Service Centre has been recognised by the leading association in the UK for our industry and want to thank all of the Service Centre team for their continued dedication and hard work’.

 

Scott Mitchell, Regional Service Centre Manager said: ‘I want to thank our homebased workers who constantly strive to improve the service we deliver to our customers. A special thanks to our Croydon team, who as part of the pilot are helping to reinvent what we consider is the norm for our front line, face to face customer service delivery!’.
